The Gemayel Betrayal

"The Gemayel Betrayal" is an account of my adventures that arose from marrying Afuah (Afeah) Wambui Henderson in Manhattan, October 2001.


Afeah's mother, Hermione Juanita Henderson, was a very wealthy and very powerful, a member of a sub-section of the Gemayel family in Lebanon. She was also a ruthless psychopath. She tried to have me shot.

Shortly after our marriage in October, 2001 Hermione stole USD1.3b from the family trust of which she was the controller. Afeah was the only other signatory; she moved to Beirut to work with the family to recover the funds.

What followed was a decade of chaos and drama - shootings, phone-tappings, blackmail and thuggery of all sorts.
